The WeddingMinister MatchMaker Service brings together engaged couples and available wedding ministers based on mutual compatibility.
   

We screen wedding ministers for engaged couples in search of a wedding officiant according to their preferences. Then we provide couples a short list of the very best officiants for them according to what they want and are willing to pay. If you each meet each other’s requirements, they contact you. If either of you fail to meet the minimum requirements of the other, there is no contact.

For you, this means less wasted time, money, and emotional energy lost in fruitless phone calls, e-mails, driving, and/or interviewing couples only to discover THEN that they want someone who charges less or offers different services or has different credentials. Because BOTH wedding ministers and couples are pre-screened, you only hear from brides who are already inclined to book with you!

Do I have to be WM Certified to participate?

No, but you can probably charge more for your services if you do. In addition, we strongly encourage brides to only book WM Certified officiants so you have a competitive advantage if you become WM Certified (click HERE to inquire).

How To Become a Participating WM MatchMaker Wedding Minister

  • Step One - Login below to go to the Account Manager. If you do not yet have a minister account, CLICK HERE to get started. Once registered, THEN login to go to the Account Manager.

What are the minimum qualifications?

You must be meet the minimum legal requirements of your state or province to legally perform weddings. You must also agree to abide by the terms of service, including ethical requirements.

What are the Start-up costs?

None. There are no enrollment, processing, or activation fees -- and no risks! The only fee you ever pay is only after you've already booked the couple! (which is $39.99 - payment instructions are included in the application process)

How Long Does It Take To Join?

The entire process from initial application to activation typically only takes two to three days.

How do MatchMaker brides contact me?

You should routinely login to WeddingMinisters.com and check for messages in your Minister Management Message Center. Look for a “MatchMaker Contact” message in your Inbox.

Some couples prefer to e-mail or phone you directly. They are responsible to notify you they found you through the MatchMaker service.

How do I confirm whether or not a couple is actually from the MatchMaker Service?

Every couple receives a MatchMaker ID number. If you have any doubts, ask for their ID number and e-mail it to us at support@weddingministers.com. We will then send you confirmation.
